Using Powerchute Network Shutdown

I have a APC 3000VA Smart-UPS with a network management card 2.

I have connected 3 servers to this UPS. And I have installed the Powerchute network shutdown on the 3 servers.

From the network management card under the configuration shutdown, it looks like this.

I want to configure if the battery has only 10 mins of runtime, it will send a signal to shutdown the 3 servers.

1.Will this be immediate or there is a delay?

2. If each server takes about 2 mins to shutdown, where should this value be input?

3. When this UPS reaches the low battery duration, it will send this shutdown command to the server to shutdown down?

Start of Shutdown
Low Battery Duration: 02 05 07 10 12 15 18 20  minutes
Shutdown Delay: 000 020 060 120 240 480 720 960  seconds
Maximum Required Delay:10 minutes
Basic Signaling Shutdown: Enable
Duration of Shutdown
Sleep Time: hours [0 to 359.9]
End of Shutdown
Minimum Battery Capacity: 00 15 25 35 50 60 75 90  %
Return Delay: 000 020 060 120 240 480 720 960  seconds
