I cannot get the poweralert app to recognize my UPS. I have tried everything in the troublshooting in the manual. I've done the reset procedure for poweralert several times.
Running windows 10, I've tried different USB ports from 2.0 to 3.1.
Windows is recognizing the device as the HID UPS Battery, and giving me the charge level.
Nothing in the Log file.
I have sent an email to tech support, but being in australia makes it difficult and expensive to ring tech support.
Having read through everything i can find online for a few hours, this seems to be the place where anyone who knows anything is to found, and i thank you for your time.
