Socomec UPS NETYS RT software

Hi,

I am trying to install the software provided by the company called LocalView. When I start the program I get the following message - "No communication with UPS - wpfGUI". I am running this on a Windows 2016 Server.

All attempts to contact the company have gone unanswered.

When I list connected devices under Windows, the device is listed. 

I would like to be able to power down this and another computer when power is interrupted.
