I'm new in the forum and I'm in need of some help trying to figure out an weird issue I had with one of my UPS's.
Yesterday I had a very briefly power outage in my home, one of those that you only detected because the lights briefly flick. During this, one of my UPS's completely shutdown (Salicru SPS One 1100 VA), turning off all the equipment I have connected to it.
Now the most weird part: I have a second UPS (Eaton 5E 1100 VA) in the same division, that is used on other equipment and it perfectly work during the brief power outage.
My first thought was, "Ok, maybe the battery is dead and I didn't know", but after installing the UPS software and doing some tests the battery is working perfectly fine. Either I run the battery test via software or completely unplug the UPS it kicks battery mode and stays on.
