We have a UPS Eaton EX 2200. One of the fans died, so the UPS lit an error light and said Internal Fault Serv Required (Fan Fault 007). I ordered exactly the same fan (ME80251VX-Q060-F99). It took quite some time for fan to arrive, so after the fan replacement I also changed the batteries (it needed to be done soon anyway). But the error light is still on. I tried to discharge the batteries, then charge them again (it took four days overall). No use, the error is still there. And it's still Fan Fault 007.
Any idea how to solve this? Maybe there is a way to clear the errors?
