Has anyone ever changed batteries in one of these units?
I have one with 2 add-on battery packs that is right at 4.5 yrs old with original batteries. Reached out to the manufacturer who recommended replacing the batteries. Found out what type of batteries units required and ordered through a local supplier. Found the manual on manufacturer's website and said manual is rather slim on instructions of physical removal of the batteries.
Manual states "User-Replaceable and Hot-Swappable Battery Pack" as a feature of this model.
I removed front cover and do not see that the batteries are in a tray per say that you could possibly slide out. Look like I may have to physically disconnect the power cables and slide the whole unit out to gain access to the batteries. I searched online for any videos or diagrams that might serve as a guide but did...
