As far as I know this was never used and was just sitting in a box at the client site. Went to install it and it boots to a loop essentially.
When I power it on it shows battery %--- No actual reading
Then after about 30 seconds it says (new battery installed) I hit yes.
After no more than 30 seconds it will drop the battery and go to no battery recognized.
Noticed that when the battery is detected the fan instantly comes on, right when it crashes to no battery fan goes off.
I've done all the usual of checking the battery connections in the tray (everything looks good).
Disconnected and re connected the main power plenty of times with no luck. (jiggling the cable does not seem to temporarily connect it).
It honestly appears that the battery would be either over heating or shorting out. Based on what I am...
