Which UPS should I buy?

Hi,

I need to buy a new UPS for our server and I would like to know your recommendations.

The server is a Fujitsu TX150S7F. On the server I installed ESXi 4.1, which contains our Windows Server 2003 DC.

The UPS we had, had a USB connection only, but couldn't be used inside the VM because it wasn't recognized by Windows.

Now I'd like to buy a UPS with a network connection, so I can manage the UPS from within the VM by installing it's software.

The only hardware that will be connected to the UPS is the server.

Can somebody suggest me a UPS?
